Make Your Computer Welcome You With A Voice Message On Windows Startup


You can enable your computer to welcome you with a voice message whenever you switch on or restart your computer.To do this follow the given steps:

Step1:Open run window by pressing 'Windows+R' from your keyboard.



Step2:Now type notepad without quotes and click ok.



Step3:It will open a Notepad window in-front of you.



Step4:Now type the given lines of code on your Notepad window:

Dim speaks, speech

speaks="Welcome to your System,Eitworld.com.Have a wonderful time dear."

Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

speech.Speak speaks


Step5:In the second line, i.e. "speaks=" Type whatever you want your computer to speak" ".

Step6:Save the file with anyname and with '.vbs' extension.

Step7:Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows XP) and to C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive. AppData is a hidden folder. So, you will need to select showing hidden folders in Folder options to locate it.

Step8:Place that file 'abc.vbs' in this folder. Simple cut/copy and paste here.

Step9:Close the folder.

Step10:Turn off or restart your computer. If you followed the same steps without any mistake, your computer will speak whatever you typed.
